• Processing Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery Times: Due to our direct-from-supplier fulfillment model, please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Complete tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

• Hygiene Exception: For hygiene and health safety reasons, products from our SAMY Beauty & Health line cannot be returned or refunded if the protective seal is broken or tampered with.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
